The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle are packed with adventure – and very popular with families. Highlights for children are: the Aviary with its brightly coloured mountain parrots, the wonky Adventure Bridge in the Alluvial Forest, and the Grotto with its multimedia show about the origin of life. Children also get a kick out of exploring the Geological Mosaic, getting lost in the maze, marvelling at our many animals, and operating the water lock on a typical South Tyrol irrigation canal.Family ticket
