Attention: Reduced opening hours at Trauttmansdorff 19.6., 3.7., 31.7., 14.8. and 28.8. Due to concerts, Trauttmansdorff will close at 5:00 PM.
This ticket does not have to be printed out: Visitors can scan the QR code with a smartphone. If you have not received a ticket after a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

- We kindly ask you to redeem your ticket first at the Gardens entrance.
- Pets are not allowed to enter
- Paid car park available
- The Gardens and Thermal Baths are both wheelchair accessible

1 year from date of purchase. Your tickets are valid from 9 am on the selected day. Entry is permitted up to 1.5 hours before closing. Please check the opening hours.

Payment
The Trauttmansdorff is a public institution and, as such, payment must be made exclusively via the pagoPA system. As soon as you click on ‘Pay’ you will be automatically redirected to ePayS, the payment portal of South Tyrol.
You can log in to the pagoPA payment portal using either your email address or your SPID (Digital Identity).
Please note that, in addition to the costs of admission or guided tours, a fee of €1 to €2 is charged for this transaction.
