    These two buses will take you to Trauttmansdorff Castle: 
    -Bus number 1B with destination “Trauttmansdorff.”
    -And bus number 4 with destination “Maia Alta/Obermais.”
    The buses start from the central railway station in Merano.
    You can board at the central railway station or in the town center.
    The buses depart every 20 minutes.
    And the buses stop in front of the entrance to the garden world.
  • By car.
    There are many parking spots in front of Trauttmansdorff Castle.
    And there are also parking spots for people with disabilities.
  • On foot.
  • Or by bike.


Places to eat and drink.

There is one restaurant at Trauttmansdorff Castle.
The restaurant is called “Schlossgarten.”
And there is also a café.
The café is called Palm Café.
The café offers:
  • Cakes.
  • Ice cream.
  • Coffee.
  • Drinks.
  • Or small dishes like sandwiches.
