This ticket is valid from 1^st april to 31^st october for people with disabilities and students under the age of 28 . With 1^st november you can purchase the Late-Autumn Ticket. Birthday Week Special: From July 12–19, you can get the discounted Birthday Week discount ticket!

This ticket does not have to be printed out: Visitors can scan the QR code with a smartphone. If you have not received a ticket after a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Pets are not allowed to enter the Trauttmansdorff!
Paid car park available at the Gardens.

All bathrooms are barrier-free and equipped with changing tables.
