The conference analysed historical, economic, social and cultural perspectives of the service professions and their future potential.
The conference held from 27 to 29 May 2010 at the Touriseum comprised contributions of participants from Italy, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Together with representatives oft he sector, scholars of European social and economic history, ethnology and folklore analysed the historical, economic, social and cultural perspectives of the service professions and their future potential.
