Meet Marjorie Cottle, she tells of her participation in the International Six Day Trial in Merano in 1932.

“Oh, good heavens! I didn’t think it would be so busy in this little town! I have to check on my bike right away: I loaded her into one of the luggage cars when I left London. I hope everything’s still in good shape, because the International Six-Day Race starts the day after tomorrow. Are you here to watch? Or are you taking part too? People abroad always think that I’m a spectator, but our British Ladies Team has already won several times. Would you like to take a look at my bike? You’re welcome to come with me!”
