The Future of Travel

Following its successful presentation at the Touriseum in 2025, the exhibition The Future of Travel will soon be on display as a travelling exhibition at Villa San Marco in Merano. 

The exhibition explores the key questions surrounding the future of travel and invites visitors to reflect on how tourism may evolve in the years ahead. How will we travel in the future? What impact will climate change, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and new forms of mobility have on tourism? Through a range of future scenarios, the exhibition encourages visitors to explore both the opportunities and the challenges that are likely to shape travel in the coming decades. 

The exhibition The Future of Travel will be on display on the lower ground floor of Villa San Marco from 7 September to 30 October 2026. 

It is open to visitors from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

Admission is free.
