The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website will, during the course of normal operation, gather certain personal data that are automatically transmitted when using internet communication protocols. Such information is not collected so as to be associated with identified individuals but, by its very nature, it could result in the identification of users via processing and association with data held by third parties.
Such data will include the IP addresses or domain names of the computers of users who connect to the site, addresses of the requested resources in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) form, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the digital code indicating the status of the reply from the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data will only be used to obtain anonymous statistical information about site usage and to check that it is functioning properly; they will be deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to establish liability in the event of possible computer crime against the site.
DATA ACQUIRED VIA CONTACT FORMS AND DEDICATED SECTIONS
Such information relates to data provided voluntarily by the user.
The data provided when completing this form will be used to introduce you to each of the different botanical landscapes, themed areas, colourful flowerbeds as well as offering all the most interesting details of the botanical universe of Trauttmansdorff. You will of course also be kept up to date with events and news from the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle.
b) Organisation of guided tours
The provision of data is an essential requirement for the organisation of visits; it will not be possible to continue with the relevant procedures if the data subject does not permit processing by checking. The data subject providing the data will have the opportunity to enter additional personal data relating to other data subjects participating in the requested guided tour; the Agenzia will process the personal data for these persons such as their first name, last name and possibly email address and phone number. The Agenzia may become aware of health data if the customer completing the request form enters such information as a way to optimise preparations for the visit.
c) Online ticket purchases
The Agenzia Demanio Provinciale works only with partner organisations.
The data is required for registering on the site in order to purchase tickets for visits to the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle and the events organised there. The Agenzia Demanio Provinciale uses external service providers who have been duly appointed by the Data Controller to administer the area dedicated to purchases.
We would inform you that the data provided will be used solely to comply with your request and in full compliance with the principles dictated by national and European law, in particular the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, as well as the minimisation and limiting of storage.
Your personal data will only be used for promotional purposes with your consent.
The personal data provided by customers will only be processed by staff authorised by the Agenzia and solely for the purposes of information or organisation. It is also possible that data related to participation in visits (first name, last name, email, phone number) may be communicated to third parties who are closely involved in organisational activities.
Data will be processed solely by computer which will not, however, exclude the possibility of processing in paper form; it will last for the period of the organisation of visits and any additional time required by civil or tax law. Once the required period is completed, all personal data acquired will be deleted or anonymised.
TRANSFERRING DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS
Your data will not be transferred in any way to third countries outside the EU or to international organisations, nor be stored on servers located in any third country.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
