This value voucher can be redeemed at the Palm Cafè or the Schlossgarten Restaurant.

Important
- The restaurant can only be accessed with a valid Trauttmansdorff Gardens ticket.
- Our dining voucher is available in €20 increments. For higher amounts, simply increase the quantity – the total value updates automatically.

Validity
- The tickets are valid on any day from 9:00 AM onwards.
- The last service is always available up to one and a half hours before closing. Please check the opening hours.
- Valid for the Schlossgarten Restaurant and the Palm Ccafè, also on special event days (picnics, long Friday evenings, concerts).
CANCELLATIONS
Tickets purchased online may not be cancelled, and no refunds can be given.

Payment
The Trauttmansdorff is a public institution and, as such, payment must be made exclusively via the pagoPA system.
As soon as you click on ‘Pay’ you will be automatically redirected to ePayS, the payment portal of South Tyrol.
You can log in to the pagoPA payment portal using either your email address or your SPID (Digital Identity).
Please note that, in addition to the costs of admission or guided tours, a fee of €1 to €2 is charged for this transaction.

- Bank account debit, by selecting MyBank (Italian banks only).
